Air conditioning for bedrooms, living rooms, lofts and garden rooms, plus heat pumps and hot water. Domestic and light commercial.
Air conditioning
Keep your home cool in summer and warm in winter.
A wall-mounted system that cools in summer, heats in winter, runs quietly and costs little to run, with wifi control available. We survey the room, recommend the right size of unit and give you a written quote before any work starts. Installed in one to two days and left running.
Heating & hot water
Heat pumps, hot water cylinders and the plumbing that goes with them.
Air-to-water heat pumps and hot water cylinders sized to the house, plus radiators, pipework and controls. Heating and cooling from one company, designed to work together.
Service plan
Keep your air conditioning working year round.
An annual service keeps the system efficient, catches small problems early and keeps most manufacturer warranties valid. Filters and coils cleaned, drain cleared, electrics checked, refrigerant leak-tested and running pressures recorded, with a written service report.
£12.50 a month or £150 a year, for one indoor and one outdoor unit. £50 a year for each extra indoor unit.

LatterHC is run by Nick Latter, a heating and air conditioning engineer with years of domestic and commercial work behind him. We install, service and repair all the leading makes.
Every job comes with a written quote before we start and a written report when we finish, so you know what was fitted and how it was running when we left.
